OysterBarron
Jesus my speed is about 6 mbs down stream and 700-800kbs upload. Sometimes I do think it would be quicker to goto the Web server and put the websites onto usb stick and bring them home. f*cking uk rural broadband is so far in the past I'm surprised I even get a positive download speed. AZAZEL
Got sh*tty copper cables where I live, so this is 4G Wireless broadband. Not the best ping for gaming, but pretty fast otherwise. Is common sense now so rare, that we should call it something else?
hornedturtle
anything under 60ms is good ping. 19 is amazing ping.

FranklinDeRoosevelt
I'm with BT and have BT infinity, but I can't remember if its BT Infinity 1 or 2. I think its 2. However my results on Ookla varies every time I do it. Plus I don't think my area is the best for internet speeds so its unreliable. I live in the UK btw. But I think my download speed goes up to 76 MBPS and download speeds go upto 19 mbps. But like I said, where I live it doesn't even fulfill the potential. However its still great. kk.
At friend's house, since I'm living here for a couple of months, usually at home I get around ~2mbps download and 0.5mbps upload. I'm so jealous for those who get at least 10 or 20 download speed, I can't download anything for sh*t and multiplayer is horrible. Matty256
In all honesty I don't even need more then 20mb down. I don't really do a lot of downloading/uploading myself , I just have this speed because there is 4 other computers in this house along with consoles being online. I guess the good side of it, its that I've not seen/had any issues with my internet for ages now (probably just jinx it now) Mister Pink

Gdog
Here's mine: The most downspeed I've seen is 54Mb/s. My ping varies between 8 and 11 ms. My internet package is 50Mb so that extra 3-4Mb/s is nice. The best thing about this is that I got this upgraded speed for free. About this time last year I only had a 10/1 connection then Virgin Media upgraded it for free to 20/1. Within the last month they have upgraded it again to the current speed of 50/3! They also send me a new router out for free. In all this time I haven't paid any extra on my bill. Fingers crossed for a boost to 100 or 150Mb in a year or two

CReaper210
Now, does anyone have any idea why I still lag on my Xbox 360(PC and Xbox One are mostly fine, but sometimes I lag pretty bad even when I game on my PC(not hardware issue, just general connection based lag))? I've got a Motorola SB6121 SURFboard modem and a D-Link 860L router. Literally after upgrading from like 4mb/s dl and 1mb/s up, there is ZERO difference. Updates/downloads still take incredibly long and my friends list / recent players menu takes FOREVER to update. I'm thinking it may be my console getting old(I own the first S model, since pretty much day of release), but I'm not sure. I've tried enabling QoS on my router, but that not only didn't help my Xbox 360, but it slowed down everything else too. I wish I could do a speedtest on my Xbox 360 to get some concrete information. CReaper210
how long is the cable connecting to your xbox? I did forget to mention that everything is wired, thanks for reminding me. No more than 6 feet. All my consoles AND my PC are right next to each other. And all my cables are capable of up to 125 mb/s download speeds. I've tried switching cables too, didn't have a difference.
gear999
Last time I checked with SpeedTest, it was 6 Mbps down and 0.8 Mbps up. And I thought I had high speed internet Damn Bell Aliant. GrindingOnDatNRG

Go on internet explorer and go to speedtest.net I would, but I don't think that would be accurate. I searched and a lot of people say it doesn't display your console's actual connection.
