Also.. why do u need a complete list? when u have a question about a certain asset just search and u should find the answer. It really doesn't matter which business you buy first.. boat yard is cheapest and therefore gives the least revenue. Pole position is not too expensive and after u spend 600$ on the striper in the room on the left in the hall u will get 4000 a day. Sunny autos is my fav cuz it has 4 2 car garages and it makes 9000 a day after u do all 4 i/e lists, it costs 50 grand tho. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Well the thing is, I got a friend over and I don’t really have time to look through the forums for a list of assets. Plus the fact that I’ve answered hundreds of questions for newbies that have been answered many times before, I guess it’s my turn to collect on that. I’m just looking for a comprehensive list of all the assets and all the things you need to do to get them active (i.e. the vercetti estate becomes active once you complete a few missions at the mansion).
