Very good news guys!! seggaeman has updated his exporting plugin which means I can continue my work with this project without troubles again.

i wish he liked Sabre , cause if he's not , im doomed. i can't find a good quality iv Sabre with SA Reflection and all that stuff :(

Good news is that now are all the hardest vehicles fixed, rest of them are all converted by me, which means they already have the correct size. I only have to add ped_arm, petrol_cap and new tuning dummies. Plus edit the shadow mesh and create 2nd version with IVF lights and we are all good to go :) As I don't have to waste time on re-sizing I can now probably finish 1 car 50% faster.

Oh and despite the vote we had before, I still decided to go against IVF dirt, as it still had some huge mapping issues even in the original game, and fixing them would take sh*tloads of time and nerve...

Anyways, now the next one is going to be Dashound. One question though, do you guys care if it is enterable (walk between the rows of seats). And where should be the gas tank door?

Also listening to bug reports and ideas. :)

 

Small heads up for the people who are waiting for new conversions: I do have a secret list of the next vehicles I'd like to convert. But as for now, I'm not going to publish it yet.

@LevelDockSix Its a combination of PS2 post processing, PS2 reflection, and GTA V road texture ( have no idea for timecyc )

The road textures seem to be from either SRT or RoSA. Also, the timecyc looks similar to the one on GTAInside named "California Timecyc".

Uhm okay... So since I'm stuck with Dashbound and don't know what to do and also got no feedback, I decided to continue with Seminole.

Also one question: Do you think that the gas tank door looks weird?

And plz don't care about feedback. I for example follow this Mod since beginning, I just never feel the need of commenting ;).

Well yeah, I don't care about comments like "wow" "good mod" "well done", but rather opinions and criticism and most importantly answers to my questions regarding the mod...

I'd say the gas tank door (?) is a bit too close to the rear lights IMHO.

 

 

And I know you're not the one who takes requests, but I do hope you get around to the Grotti Stinger and Stinger GT at some point,

Its true about Seminole's gas tank being too close and a bit smaller. I suggest you to make it like this

Should it be left or right, round or rectangular also what about the collision, should it be enterable or not...

Hmmm to be honest, after checking the Heist vehicles... I kind of don't like any of them...

 

But meanwhile I've updated Benson (Link in first post), and still don't know what to do with Dashound.

Ok, so let me tell you guys what I've done:

 

- Fixed some reflections

- Ped_arm dummy

- Gas tank door

- New collision

- New shadow

- Tuning parts' dummies

- Extras: Different squad numbers on the roof

- New handling

- IVF lights

- 2 New versions:

+ Sheriff version

+ Civilian version

_F_, would you be able to edit the colour mapping of the Sheriff's Cruiser, so it matches the Police Cruiser variant (black boot/trunk, and bonnet/hood)? Other than that, I like what I see. :)

It's very much a possibility. I re-examined that image and one of the UC's has spotlights on it. :)

Actually there is one Heist vehicle that I like...

 

...HVY Insurgent to replace that useless FBI Truck that is not used anywhere in game.

Anyways. Right now the next one I'm going to fix is Bison, after that Camper. This means last chance to send me your paintjobs for Surfer, so I could include them in the mod, and you as an author. :)
