Big problem with knocking off stores!

I have 14 out of 15 stores knocked off in Vice City. The stupid strategy guide says there is a deli and a donut shop in little havana. it says the deli is one street north of ryton aide, yet the map that came with the game says it's right below Cherry Popper ice cream, next to the police station. So I go where the game map says and it's there, however, the guide says that the donut shop is right there. So I knocked off the deli (at least the sign above the place says so), but there is NOTHING one street north of ryton aide! Can someone shed some light on this one for me?

I think he means a jewelery story north of the pharmacy.

I think the deli is actually cafe robinas, the place where u get the cuban missions from umberto. The doghnut shop is across the street from the police station, just north.

The deli and the doughnut shop are one and the same.  That's where the military guys stop at to get doughnuts in "Sir, Yes, Sir" even though it says deli.
