Ashwin Posted January 2, 2003 Share Posted January 2, 2003 You sound stupid, so I will tell you what the adrenaline pill does, adrenaline causes you to increase the speed of your reaction and the way the game does this is by slowing gameplay down so you can see bullets flying etc. and you can move out of the way so you dont get hit.
