Got a question about headlights, The headlights in my car aren't very bright even when i switch to my brights so i'm going to put in new headlights but i want to get those blueish hint headlights like the ones they use on BMW & Audi's are they called Xenon lights?

 

 

Its an expensive upgrade too.

 

 

Have you considered just uprating the bulbs. I had bad light from my old E300 at night. Upgraded to Osram Nightbreakers. Sorted it out instantly.

 

If its misted glass some laquer and a polish will help, also polishing the reflectors can improve the light.

I upgraded the wiring harness and headlight housings on my Jeep Cherokee and it made a big difference.

I think it looks a hell a lot better than everything Lincoln has in it's current lineup. Only problem I have with it, is those headlights. The shape is fine, just what's in them is the problem.

It's a concept, they always have massive rims. Plus it's not like you can't simply swap rims.

This new Lincoln is not perfect ( front grill) but is a huge step forward when compared to current Lincoln sedans, this new model should be in the line up already, Lincoln should have some coupes too. Current line-up consist of 2 boring sedans, and some bloated suvs not much of an excitement. This new concept is so good, it's better than present day Cadillacs, and that meants something, it means Continental is a home run for Lincoln.

In a way I love.

 

Give me a '66 hardtop in black-on-red with wide whites and I will love you forever.

Or a presidential limo version.

The new concept is pretty cool, kinda taking a cue from Chrysler in making something that aims for the big luxury brands.

Guess we'll see what actually happens and how much more subdued the production car will or won't be.

Is this supposed to be the new Town Car?

 

I definitely miss the Lincoln Town Car that was discontinued in 2011. A few of my Uber drivers have one and it's quite nice riding in the back of these and I've always loved the design that looks like a Crown Victoria excluding the somewhat ugly grill. Even more so than this concept.

It's a real shame that the Crown Vic and Grand Marquis were also discontinued at the time.. love those cars. That concept does have a real Town Car esque look to it.

I almost bought a new BMW 220i today. Initially I had gone to enquire about an F20 116i/118i to act as a daily commuter (as much as I'd hate to admit it, daily driving the 1M and 911 is truly grueling). I had told my guy there that I wouldn't want to keep it for long and he pointed me in the direction of a new 220i. It was particularly attractive as he'd offered it to me for the price of a 116i, they even offered to let me take it home for a couple days to see if I liked it. I told them I would think about it.

McLaren have done it again, the new 570S.

 

 

 

Apparently it's a more affordable version of the 650S, and is meant to compete with cars like the Audi R8, the Ferrari 458 and the Porsche 911.

 

I'm not quite sure about the looks.

I'm not quite sure about the looks.

Neither am I. It looks too "innocent" if that makes sense, especially from the rear. The headlights remind me so much of another car, but I can't quite place my finger on it...

The headlights look really similar to me on both cars. Still not sure about the 570, but perhaps it will grow on me.

The front-end of the 570S doesnt look that bad, but damn it is ugly from the rear. Looks like the P1 and 650S had some "fun" together and this is their (ugly) result.

Doesn't seem too much different in size than a WRX STi spoiler, just a different design.

 

Also, since when does a spoiler dictate whether or not a car will be sold to the public?

If it makes production the side vents, wing and exhausts integrated into the rear diffuser will doubtlessly end up in the bin.
