The thing about Porsches, especially the 911s, are that they never, never change too much.

They're just beautiful from the very start. f*cking love'em

Too bad the Fiesta uses only 4 holes (is that how you call it?) on the wheels, otherwise I'd buy something like it.

I'm thinking on getting myself these:

The whole 4, brand new, for R$ 1,300.00, a.k.a. USD 500.00. Pretty cheap for brazilian prices.

The holes are called "wheels lugs" and you screw "bolts" into them.

As for the wheels you showed, as I've said before: never buy wheels in black and silver, it makes any car look really cheap.

In any country, but especially Brasil, I would always buy smaller wheels as big wheels just get kerb marks (particularly with all the potholes around), make the car ride harsher and increase cabin noise. Tyres are more expensive and fuel economy suffers also.

There are plenty of good looking wheels around that are 16" or less. Some examples:

If you're not a purist and are just doing it for looks, I am sure there are plenty of fake BBS RS wheels floating around, in my opinion they look great on anything.

I have never understood the fascination with big rims.

I mean, have a look at this tasteful sh*t:

Help me god, what do I do. These cars are really cheap for most people, but I make 1/10th of the average yearly gross wage. I wish that were a joke or an exaggeration.

You have like 60 years left to get an Alfa Romeo, what's the rush?

One of the reasons I didn't buy a Lexus is because if I bought a luxury car as my second car, what would I have to look forward to? (other than just progressively faster cars of course, but I'd be too busy being a spoiled brat about leather and gadgets to properly appreciate them)

Thanks for that, seriously :)

They're actually 15" :p I'm not even going for the black (even though I love black wheels), but for the design, and Scorro are pretty good as far as I know. I don't want to change my tires, since there's no need and they're pretty good. And seriously, I fear buying fake wheels. The streets over here are pretty rough, and I don't want something that isn't good.

That's not so bad, I've only ever seen that kind of wheel in sizes like this:

fiesta-st-MANIA-BELLAGIO-wheels-21.jpg

Still, I'm not a fan of the design. Out of the Scorro designs I like these:

http://rodasdeligaleve.com.br/rodas/scorro/scorro-s232-aro-15.html

These would look alright because they look a bit like high trim level stock wheels.

http://rodasdeligaleve.com.br/rodas/scorro/scorro-dragster-aro-15.html

A design like this would be interesting as it has a bit of character compared to the typical boy racer type of wheel.

Edit: Found the fake BBSs! http://rodasdeligaleve.com.br/rodas/brw-900-bbs-aro-15-4-furos.html Though I've never heard of the brand so you might be right by being cautious.

MANY kudos for searching up on the brazilian website. Seriously.

I loved the wheels you linked, but I think the first one would definetelly look better if the middle was the same color of the rest of the wheel. And the second one... It would go well with the Fiesta if it was black.

I've never heard of BRW's, I'll look into it. Looks good, tho. And I wish I had a Civic or a Subaru to get a golden one :p

I could see myself putting fake BBS's on my car for money's sake. None of my friend's are interested in cars so they wouldn't tell the difference, they don't look too bad, either.

Actually the lugs are the bolts themselves that the wheels attach to, some cars have the lugs as part of the hub, others have lug bolts that thread into the holes in the hub.

My problem with weaves is they're incredibly heavy by design compared to other wheels. Even forged RS' stuff is heavier than it should be. A cast fake will be even heavier.

What's the car in question and what bolt pattern? What's the widest wheel that will practically fit? What range of offsets does it like? Answer me these and I can probably find you something decent?

Ford Fiesta Mk7.5, 4x100 if I'm not mistaken. Something between 6" and 7" (it's a 195mm tire, it's not wide at all, so I think 7" is the absolute maximum), and I don't really know the range of the offset. I'll check it precisely later.

My friend has a 2001 integra type R , he said his insurance is low ( hes 21) and cop tried to pull him over for suspension and his car isn't even Stanced.

So I guess insurance is cheaper for older cars

that gives me a lot more choices than a WRX or golf R. Maybe.

Know what the centerbore is? I ask because certain 4x100 cars seem to range from 54.1 (Mazdas) to 57.1 ( 4 lug BMW's/VW's). Hondas and such a re in between at 56.1. Just food for thought if you're wanting to use OEM takeoffs from another car. I'm assuming if it's typical of other FWD stuff, it probably likes offsets in the +30-40 range. Good-win Racing has one of the best selections of 4x100 wheels anywhere. As well as weights and every spec listed for each wheel. I know it's a site that mainly caters to Miata people but Honda and E30 guys use it too. Even if you can't buy things from there, it's a good tool for browsing wheels and then searching if that specific wheel is on a Brazilian site for you to buy from.

Yes, but not for that reason

Jiggle the shifter a bit

That's crazy. There should have been one. This could be a serious issue for some..

We eventually got it out of park. Me, my brother, and uncle both pushed on the back of the truck to get some momentum, while my father was in the truck trying to shift it into neutral.

I love the cars being debuted in Geneva! Especially the 911 GT3 RS, the Regera and the 488. But Aston Martin have lost their beauty I think, they look too mean and angular.

I love how XJ220-ish the new Koenigsegg Regera looks.

Koenigsegg-Regera-rear-three-quarter-rig

OMG, yeah, its absolutly a beauti, Christian Von Koenigsegg never lets me down with his cars,

May I had that Regera mean "React" in Swedish, Just like the Agera, which means "Act" in swedish :D

I love how they choose the name, just typical swedish words, but still not alot of swedes figure that out :/

For exemple the Koenigsegg CCXR Trevita, "Trevita" or Tre Vita, which means Three Whites, since there was three, which had white carbonfiber
