I love it. Best looking midsize sedan. I'd defnitely consider over a C-class.

Gnocchi Flip Flops

The new C Class is like a mini S Class. The materials in that thing make it a class leader and I'd take it over a BMW 335i or an Audi S4 any day of the week.

I couldn't disagree more. I think the new C is a vile thing to look at. Far less well-resolved than the XE or even the F30.

Anyone that can photoshop the wheels on this for me? Make everything but the spokes silver. Black spokes. Maybe a polished lip. Make the bolts black, silver, or gold (whatever your preference). And throw a BMW roundel on the centercap where it's supposed to go. Trying to see what these would look like if they we're just spray bombed black.

So you don't like the W222 either, I assume?No, the current S is fairly handsome. The issue is that the details such as front/rear rights and the basic front end profile work much better on a far larger car. The lights in particular on the C make it look bug-eyed; they're far too big.

Sat down in a Noble M12 the other day. Absolutely no foot room whatsoever (even compared to the Exige) but the cabin was comfy and visibility was quite good. Might consider one of these for my next car.

Union workers say it's engineering faults while people looking in from out say GM should have never had UAW ties to begin with. Oh well, never liked GM for their cars that much anyways.

An old colleague of mine had an M12 GTO-3. To this day still the best handling car I've ever driven, and absolutely ferocious.

I've got to the point where I'm really not big on the first series of Testarossas. They did a good job of modernizing them throughout the years though. I like the looks of the facelifted 512TR and F512M a little more. Maybe it's because they're a lot rarer than the 80's cars around here.

What's up, guys. I just have a quick question, preferably from tuner group of guys around here.

Is Valentine 1 radar detector worth the money it costs? I've watched a couple of reviews on YT, from what I can see and hear, it sure has no flaws except the obvious price issue, sort of. So, anyone who had experience with it, I would like to hear your thoughts about it.

The fact they're illegal across most of the world, and being caught in possession of one will usually get you a penalty much bigger than you would just for speeding...

That's a fair point, but in the area where I live, there aren't a lot of cops and they pretty much pull over only if you're speeding, so if you're not seen speeding, they won't pull you over just to check your vehicle.

I had a C/D subscription eons ago (this was back when the charger concept was on the front cover) and

The staff then was awesome and hilarious. I loved reading the reader responses and long term tests the most. I think R/T's comparisons are a better read for data and sheer eye candy however.

 

Honestly if it's free, i would go for it. If not, 14 bucks is nothing, but nothing beats Jalopnik for anything automotive related and not reviewing or comparing cars.

 

Basically get both subscriptions for comparison tests and reviews. Jalopnik and other websites for evetything else.

It's tan. Standard Blazer color.
