Didn't this guy's brother just buy a Camaro/Firebird cheap as chips just for the LS/T56 a couple weeks back making this whole argument moot?

Almost, the miss fire scared him off. I told him he's an idiot for passing it up but he bought some street bike off his boss instead.

 

@MURDOC-Not worth the arguement. I need to buy a car and fix its problems before I even think about a swap haha. Also, PA and New Jersey are like two completely different countries. PA is far better for this arguements exact reason.

I've had plenty of friends go to different states to buy parts for their cars, some of even had *gasp* someone else drive them to pick the parts up!

 

In fact, about 3 months ago, I went with someone to New Jersey to look at (and eventually purchase and take home) a freshly removed LS3 with 15k on it.

 

 

 

Also, PA is a much much better state then NJ is.

Talking a bunch of crap? This arguement was stupid from the beginning. The reason I don't have an LS is because I have no car ATM. End of arguement, I don't know what offended you to start this but I sure as hell don't need to explain any further. Your saying what exactly? That I can get an LS if I looked harder. Now, on to my other question. Welding a diff on an s13 is apparently alot of fun. Can anyone tell me how long it'll hold or does that depend on the welder.

We live in different areas. Around here you find half built blown up LS's sometimes. Why do you think I don't have one?

Trust me if I could get an LS engine I would. Maybe they're more common near you guys but in the middle of new jersey your best bet is buying a camaro or firebird and thats alot of money.

One can easily get an LS in your area.

In all fairness, I live in the UK and I could have an LS1 in a big wooden crate outside my front door tomorrow for the princely sum of about £2000. In fact, for about £1000, I could go pick one up that's only 40 miles away. And this is a country with perhaps one-one hundredth of the LS series engines per square mile than anywhere in the US.

Kids at my school where talking about the new mclaren. Very few kids are into cars at my school and even less into tuners. I mean sure it's a cool car and all but it doesn't really appeal to me. Neither do many of the supercars I see.

Aviva seems to have become very generous with younger drivers. They're happy to insure an E46 M3 once you're 22. At least in Ireland.

2012 Infiniti IPL (seeing an ordinary Infiniti is nothing special, unless it's an M56S, but this one was the best G37 you could get and adding to that it's a dark-dark purple with a red leather interior and beautiful rims in a sort of grayish color. I'd kill for it honestly.

Nice ass wheels in my opinion. This reminds me of the 2010 Nissan 370z 40th Anniversary we used to have.
