I have not personally got to 100% with cheats (got it w/o them) but I have heard that 1) only some cheats will affect ur possibility of getting 100%, like ones that spawn vehicles etc, and 2)no cheats will prevent u from getting 100%. Kinda like your mom telling you to stop doing that thing or you'll go blind, you won't really go blind she just doesn't want you doing that. Speaking of which... I gotta go to the um.. bathroom.
