GTAO Beer Hat Glitch

Still haven't been able to get it to work. I tried several methods multiple times.

 

PS3 here. I've tried starting with a hat on and without.

 

When it works, do you also get a small amount of RP? And if I understand correctly, there's a notification when it works? Pretty weird how it works for some and not for others.

For me I spawn on the sec character in the street near Rockford And my main spawns in the weasel apt

Well unless somebody Would like to give specifics down to the bone then it seems like the people who can't get this to work are SOL

GTAV was set to Spanish for me and my PS3 was set to Dutch. I'll try changing both to English and see if it makes any difference.

Please can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong: my first slot is a level 155 (the guy I want the hat on)my second character is level 8. My first character has crates unlocked but my second character doesnt. Anyways, I switch from first character to my second, from there I dashboard and delete the independence DLC, then I load up gta 5 and while on the loading screen I pressed A to load up online, I got the message saying I have to redownload the DLC, so I did, spawned in as my second character and switched to my primary character and still

Nothing

Please help I'm on the xbox!

Try this way by letting the single player load up, once your in game press start go to xbox store and download the pack from there. Once it's done, join an online lobby and swap your player and see if that works for you

One thing I found is that when you change the language settings for the game (press l1 and r1 while the game is booting up), you have to accept the license agreement again. Maybe that helps. Gonna fiddle around with various things and see if any of it makes a difference.

Ok so

1. I load up my secondary character which is in slot 1 by the way

2. I dashboard and delete the 22mb pack

3. Load GTA 5 back up

4. Hit A to go to online and wait until it asks me to download the update

5. Download it and back out of the store

6. Go into online as my secondary

7. Go to swap character switch to my main and nothing

extras: both my characters are in sandy shores. Only My main is wearing independence dlc stuff. What am I doing wrong???

i did this too but it didnt work...did you sign back in before of after loading gtav???

I got my Happiness shirt at Ponsbys in the (Off shoulder for females and T-Shirts for males.

I got one hat pretty easily. I went online with slot one character then just switched to slot two character and got benedict beer hat.

I'll try with an eagle mask but I'll be pissed if it doesn't work cause I hate spending that much on masks lol

Are you sure you checked the special hats and special tops?

 

BTW, too bad the happiness t-shirt lacks the ''...land'' part.
