faustianbargain Posted January 1, 2003 Share Posted January 1, 2003 You have to rob that too. On the map that comes with the game book to Vice city it has all 15 stores you need to rob. Umberto's Cafe is Cafe Robina and The Deli is the Donut Shop And yes, if you play "sir yes sir" when the army platoon gets to the deli the tank driver gets out to goes in and gets donuts.
