Hi guys, new hunter here!

 

Just to say I have actually been following the jetpack/chilliad stuff from fairly early on. I did try and sign up to the forum previously, but never got a conformation each time I tried, twas truly frustrating! Anyway, I digress.

 

Stopped playing GTA a little while ago once I got a PS4, but have the PS4 version on it's way in the next few days so really excited to get that baby completed %100, and resume the search.

 

I will catch up from this thread as much as I can before my copy arrives, and will head over to the CG thread I guess!

So I guess last gen players are f*cked when it comes to the mystery? I have to say I'm disappointed. So much new stuff in the NG version that probably pertains to the mystery at hand. I honestly don't know what to do anymore. Is getting 100% on old gen worth it at this point for the mystery? Because if it's not, I'm won't even bother.

One way of looking at it for L.g. owners is we can look at new elements/reports, and assume their Not valid to a possible mystery that crosses two generations? Ears+eyes open. Closer than ever atm. Dont despair lelouch.

Edit. Not sure how true this is,just read possibly the sun flares in the new version...interesting that their thinking about that?

Edit. Protags can turn into variety of birds atm. Maybe other animals.

Maybe we can retroengineer this thinking?

And tbh iv mentioned getting chickens up to altruist camp a while ago and it wasnt met with enthusiasm lol

Guys there's a mummyfied dead guy in the mines, next to him is a tape that says "Richards Majestic" on it. I took photos but my snapchat photos are not coming up in social club. Nothing else unusual seen though, maybe you need to 100% the game for something to happen.

 

 

Edit: so apparently richards majestic is a skyscraper in Gta v?

Agreed, there's no need for a new thread. We are already are discussing the same things here and have been since GTA V was released. Even the poll suggests both consoles.

 

Gamers from both last and current gen are all welcome in this thread. It will help us solve the mystery together and compare.

Just a lil something that's been on my mind that is meant to encourage searchers...

 

Back on V1 of this thread, in the early pages, my first involvement with this mystery was doing a loads of taxi mission's hoping to pick up extra dialogue or "the right passenger" (as there was a reward for 200 taxi mission's in a previous GTA). Now this was pretty much a flop, not a lot happened nothing really gained but my point here is ive never seen this mentioned again.

 

All im saying is its so easy for things to be overlooked and ideas to be missed as we are so focused on cryptic clues. These clues do look like they are leading somewhere (glyphs, mural etc) but the fact that nobody has brought up taxi mission's since then makes me wonder, are we missing something so so simple. I don't believe its taxi's but what else have we had in previous GTA's?

 

As i say this was spoken about in V1 of this thread and as we all know, NOBODY goes back and reads all the info in that thread so i don't believe it hasn't NOT been mentioned again because everybody knows its been done? My bet is more than 95% of people on this board DONT know it had been done, yet it has not been mentioned again. What else are we missing dammit?? lol

To have the photos show up you have to go to gallery and click on them with the Right(3) Stick. Then press X or A and it will upload it to social club.

I'm guessing we'll have to wait for some people to 100% the game again. See if there's anything that wasn't there before.

 

Also might be unrelated. but a lot of the peyote plants that make you hallucinate and allow you to play as an animal are still yet to be found. I wonder if there's a special award for getting all of them.

 

And could we have new-gen only relevant easter eggs listed on the op.

Think theyv got a few more peyotes if you check 'Peyote plants locations' thread.

Maybe now we know there ARE n.g. sun flares, maybe there are times when there is sun activity in O.g? Maybe the Meridian is involved? Location or 12 noon.
