Now you're just being silly. I see no reason we won't get those things, but as far as the actual game play additions, I doubt we'll see them.

This almost sounds like they're planning to leave us hanging. The "murder mystery" is just a slap in the face to all of those who were involved in the Infinite 8 mystery. And still no mention of SP DLC since the beginning of 2014 when they said we would have it "Spring 2014"...

I find it kinda funny that you say no mention of SP DLC when 2 new gen exclusives can be classified as such

 

It's possible that this free exclusive content will be available on last gen as buyable dlc. I think it would be to much of a bad move for rockstar to only give this content to returning gta v players. That being said take 2 publishes rockstar games and may be the culprit behind this.

 

Personally I doubt it. From the list the only thing that theoretically can't be ported over is the Franklins mission on documenting the ocean life due to those animal not being in the last gen.

 

But they cant just port everything else over (or at least anytime soon) or there is practically nothing to encourage people to switch over or in some cases buy back into GTA V

Raz is probably right. None of that will probably be on last gen for awhile if ever. I doubt the new content has anything to do with the mystery anyway, and I don't believe the mystery ever existed for last gen I think the only possibility for this mystery is in the re release or future dlc, but the more i think about it the more I think this will just be an urban legend like big foot was to gta sa.

we have had SP DLC. every time they did online DLC they added new cars and weapons to SP DLC, don't know why people say they got nothing? unless you mean more jobs etc

Well it seems you might have a broader idea of the Definition of SP DLC.

 

Yes the guns, clothes and vehicles all are also in the SP. But that doesn't add all that much extra value to SP unlike everyone else's focused definition of Extra Missions/Events/Activities

No, it doesn't add to much does it. but its still SP DLC is it not? so they have added it. I don't follow GTA stuff closely anymore so i have never been away R* have said they add SP DLC such as extra missions etc?

Would i like them? sure, but im also a casual player so when news guns, cars, clothes, car mods arrive on SP im happy enough to play about.

My new thoughts/finds (may already be mentioned by others)...

 

Obviously the entire arrangment of the map is deliberately created that way for a reason.

The south end of the map is all industrial. Slightly above that is the low-end houses (Grove st area). Above that is middle class (Downtown and such). And above that is the high life (the Hills). And finally at the top of the map is physically the highest point (Chiliad).

If you think that means nothing, then you clearly didn't realize this:

The wind farm, satellites in the desert, Chiliad's peak, and underwater UFO align perfectly in a straight line. Not to mention the 3 giant rocks that look like the UFO/crackedegg/jetpack, and the 3 giant rocks stacked at Trevors Senora airport that look like a triangle from the air, all these rocks are just off kilter from the alignment. What if we reversed the mural (power symbols on the bottom, etc.)? Has anyone noticed if there's certain days when there's more wind than usual (ie. maybe the windmills that don't spin have a certain day when they do spin)? Maybe we can do something to create wind to make the last few windmills generate power. This seems like the most logical solution to activate the 'power' indicated by the mural.

 

I doubt the 'power' symbols mean lightning, that's just too obvious, and there should only be one or two 'power' symbols if it did mean lightning.

 

So how do we create perpetual wind?

Found this blueprint in a random warehouse with Trevor while free roaming. Not sure if it's been mentioned already, or if it's just one of the blueprints from one of the heists.

Well this warehouse i'm in has these blueprints almost everywhere inside. I wonder what it's a blueprint of, the entire warehouse or something? I got a bit of a better shot of the blueprint map from a different table.

Seriously? An armored truck has to drive itself down old mans crack and then you shoot the driver between 3 and 4 am on a Friday night, to see Oogie Boogie appear in the moon?

 

How the heck did anybody figure that out? I think the armored truck probably has nothing to do with it. Seems way too convoluted as a trigger and not really relevant to the nature of the easter egg. Are we absolutely sure that Oogie doesn't simply appear between 4 and 3 am on a Friday night, with no killing of armored truck drivers in old man's crack required?

 

Edit: I would check this myself, but I'm detoxing from GTA V for a while. Gotta step back from this mystery every now and then to avoid going certifiably insane, like certain other hunters who will not be mentioned.

Edit. Somethings bothering me, about the 'did somebody say yoga?' mission... Im a bit ill atm but am Sure this has been mentioned...fagien...the 'yogi'...in the fmv at start of mission. He motions...the light comes on and theres the 'ding' noise....he goes outside...the 'ding' noise Again when he mentions the sun, is it?... 'yoga is the answer michael'...whats the question....

Getting to darthwill territory, (do miss your alternate thinking bro :-( ).... THEN you go do the sh*t with James ;-) which is the start of the Abduction/'skyfall' trip....

Aside from the fact the ufo looks just like the others (and also, theres like a possible interior?)... RIGHT at the end of that mission...the screen kind of freezes in a 'Eye' like symbol.... Isnt one of the phrases 'see the eye'? Sorry if not quite coherent :-D kifflom

I have my doubts about the legitimacy of that video. The same guy that posted this video posted the one recently that showed the person hanging themselves in a window, and the consensus on that was it was fake. I hate YouTube sometimes lol. Trolls think people wont check stuff out fran. It generally takes a short while to do so, so they thus reveal themselves as the Idiotic, negative people they truly are. I Do kinda feel sorry for them, i REALLY apprieciate my web access tbh and this group. Yeah polaris. Well me for one, i cant afford Ng atm for a while.

However, iv got 2 xboxes, system linked (2 tv's) and il have my missus on old gen hunting and me on new gen at same time :-D she Loves Gta (shes not anti games). She was going into work the next day describing a 'movie' she'd watched...then realised it was the Gta v plot lol f*ckin hilarious. Shes another unofficial vote for Actively hunting. :-D

Did anyone try to get in touch with Dave Dixon, the programmer whose face is on chilliad. Seems kind of odd that that would have slipped through quality control before release. Maybe it was deliberately put there for whoever found it to contact said person and receive some info pertaining to the mystery, kind of like breaking through the 4th wall of gaming to solve an ingame puzzle.

after having this game since release i have only just come across two hoots falls and think there might be a secret entrance behind the water fall and ive trtied for ages to get in but the water current is too strong has anyone tried to glitch behind the waterfall? does anyone think the owl statue resmbles the hidden symbol on the oil sign at paleto bay? i think im onto something with the myan theme see earlier post couple pages back and since then also found that epsilon is number 5 in myan numeracy and the owl statue sort of resembles a myan eagle

 

its kinda mad that when you get sucked into an idea how you can make things come together and find things to support your theory and you beleive that your onto something when you might just be fooling yourself into believeing your onto something new from nowhere lol still gonna stick with my theory though cos im hooked and untill ive proved myself wrong im a beliver in the egg and jetpack

this is the waterfall and it seams theres something like a cave behind the water and when i get closer to the lit area also looks like theres some smoke escaping like from a fire, gonna keep trying to jump in and try to access this possible cave
