Just a report on my progress. I broke down and purchased the SE DLC just so I could complete the stunt trials.Yes it was killing me, that one lil locked box on social club lol . I finally have a True/Hard Complete 100% with all gold medals along with every Platinum trophy/award and all unlockables(that we know about)unlocked in both SP and MP. My story is finally complete!

I remain doubtful but will report back with my findings, if any.

Maybe im wrong but the alamo sea area and borders DO really seem like good FMP location. Dont know if checked on a full moon by any users of This site tho. The way the moon would catch the water would Fully utilize the full moon view. Or maybe another one of the bodies of water/lakes on a full moon..?

I had a dream this morning that the jet pack was located on the western part of the map on a mountain. You had to get all three characters situated on a hidden mountain peak, walk through a non solid mountain wall and find a small empty room in which you'd have to shoot down three aliens before unlocking another small room with the jetpack hovering over a table.

Flying around this looked exactly like the fake thumbnail image of Michael on a jetpack, it made me think that the image was indeed real and the person who took it knew the secret all along.

I had a dream this morning that the jet pack was located on the western part of the map on a mountain. I had a dream that there was a ship in the water that was the only consistently solid colored ship in the game. It was red. When I looked at it from above it seemed to make a big red arrow...I nosed around where it was pointing, nowhere specific and found a building half surrounded from ground to ceiling by a chain link fence and doors that won't open, set into the fence. I couldn't get in. Then I realized it's actually in the game. Still can't get in.

Just read through the post and may have a idea what if the large x is like a you are here mark, does lago zacundo have a tourist sign possible start point then the 5 small x's are possible cross roads or junctions in the journey. I am gonna try this when i get home from work but it would be great if someone else put there head round this as well as 5 juctions/crossroads could mean a few diffrent routes

Or another idea the small x's could be like breadcrumbs after following each section of direction look for a x mabee on the back of a sign or on a tree just something to let us know we are on the right tracks.

Well my time in middle earth was shorter than expected because it sucked so I jumped straight back in. Just delivered the final spaceship part to Omega (man the space docker is cool, love the horns and green lights). So now I'm sitting on 87.3% game completion. It's just now I don't what what I have left to do...

@gta_aus: Go to R* Social Club website and click on your status. In the lower right-hand corner it will say what % you have completed in the game. Once you click that, under career you'll see checklist. That will tell you everything you have left to do. If you need help with stunt jump, under bridge, or knife flight locations, IGN has detailed walkthroughs and videos that will tell you where to go on the map. YouTube has a lot of info on those tasks as well. If you don't have a R* Social Club account, it just takes a minute to make and as long as your console is online, it should sync up your stats with the Social Club.

Not sure if this fits with what your thinking of. But in Lago Zancudo just before the bridge on that D road just off of the freeway is a gas station (also a white x on the floor possibly not connected though) and then straight infront going back to the freeway is a "Welcome to Lago Zancudo" sign (so on the left/west side of the freeway)

 

Then a bit after the bridge. Think right around the slight accend you have a "Welcome to North Chumash" sign to your left followed by the same sign but to your right shortly after.

 

Then across the highway from Hookies at the start of the dirt road you have a "Welcome to Raton Canyon" Sign

does anyone know what the graffiti containing the letters SD with a downward pointing arrow between the letters stands for? is it LA gang tags or as I keep wondering maybe something to do with the space docker. I have found several as I am sure many of you have. just got me thinking.

And surely the 'meeting at the dock' might be the time/weather? Also hanging in the area might not help either,leave vicinity and come back,etc...

It's best left to the metaphor thread...people see it or they don't..some taste but never actually take a bite. You can see the ship on the sat. map. It's the only all red ship that isn't two-tone or three-tone color.

Hmmm R* DO have a habit of using multiple objects to make a 'view' or depiction...something we should be VERY aware about on travels...i was discussing this the other day,THIS gta seems very specific in which way the screen facing as opposed to pc...thats made me think recently..OUR perspective.

^ It's not true. The green light will still appear during a full moon. I've seen it do so.

 

Something else causes the light to not appear sometimes. The full moon is simply a co-incidence but the creator of that video put two and two together to make five. He's either a bit simple or he's using sensationalist tactics to gain views.

This was brought up briefly on an older thread. From what I remember nothing ever became of it.

Edit: When I say things were brought up in the past, I'm not trying to discourage anyone from following the lead. If anything I think revisiting some of the older ideas is a good thing (besides things that were 100% debunked). People have had a lot of great ideas buried in pages of arguments in the past and have been ridiculed for thinking outside of the box.

 

And speaking of Fort Zancudo, I never noticed until recently that all of the names on the monument wall are the same and they are all John Doe. It's kind of hard to see in this pic because the texture is low res, but you can see it better if you go there and zoom in. I thought it was a cool EE.

Has the ufo in the drug mission been debunked or are we still searching?

I can't find anything more mentioned about it since before we were locked then unlocked.

 

AuntJeff, i actually spent quite a while trying to find something intricate in regards to the red boat/ship. I'm not completely convinced it's an arrow, but i'm also not completely convinced it's not pointing in a particular direction, if you get what i mean?

Maybe the game is trying to tell us something about the disappearing light for the Zancudo UFO. Whatever you have to do to make it disappear, what if you do that same thing for the other UFO's that don't have a light, which will ultimately beam some sort of light down?

 

Also, off topic question but does anybody know if your single player data for GTA 5 will carry over to the newer consoles? I haven't gotten 100% yet, but I don't want to waste my time getting it now if the data will be reset for next consoles.
