If ur tank starts smokin go to the army base to get a new one (if u have collected 90 packages) but u can get stuffof legends just by driving around in a tank for a long time and blowing as much sh*t up as u can. its fun when u have 100% completion cuz ur tank lasts forever. I know I do, its about 30 'boring' and I just did Cop Land to give you an idea of where I am. I'm quite happy with that although 'ignored' was better. Getting there was pretty easy, I just drove around in front of the airport blowing stuff up in the tank. That number looks suspiciously like a joke.
