You know they usually have to "draw" shading on the skin because the buffers they use in the engine won't do the job all the way. Same with Mafia, if anyone's played, they draw in the wrinkles in clothes and what not. Now, if the "wet spot" is growing, that's another thing, and R* will probably have offended Union Workers with bladder problems at their front door.
