What are those green and blue circle with the thing in the middle? I know it's a mod but for what? Subways?

Indeed, I do think it is a mod for the subway. As the look of it, it shows where the subway train is

For reference it is this mod; CG4 Radar Map Mod V1.2. Those green, and blue circle things represent health, and armour pickup locations. :)

 

Edit: I have installed the completed roads mod into my game.

 

Columbus Avenue lacks any collision. Every car and pedestrian that ventures onto the modified segment falls through.

 

Frankfort Avenue has the correct collision, although it still has that uncompleted road resurface model.

Yes I do have the same problem as you.

 

@GTARandom, you will need to compare your modded 'manhat09_3.wbn' with a vanilla/un-modded equivalent. I did and the problem section on C. Avenue is caused by the collision actually being completely missing.

GTARandom I just want to tell you that your work is absolutely amazing. I really hope you have the endurance and motivation to finish that mod. Especially the countryside in your first post looks awesome and well-designed. Keep it up, man!

Updated collisions and fixed the road "milled" look in the place of one of the 2 removed construction sites by making it clean and seamless with the other "normal" roads

I have extensively tested your new version, and I will report that it works very well. However, I don't think the workers got the memo that the roadworks have finished. :)

Updated collision with a fix for a problem that's been shown here

 

I also cleared some peds from the road(construction workers and some other peds) and fixed some holes that were present in one of the roads' models.

GTARandom, so far so good. You have stated that some of the construction peds have been removed, I still am seeing some, however I'm sure you are working on that further. :)

Yeah, i think it is. I think i'll make only part of the interior, not the entire one because really there's no point in it all, i'll just block the offending parts with fake doors and/or windows like Rockstar blocked us from entering the interior from exterior.

 

Can't wait for it. :panic: Can you, also make a, something like, taxi holding lot?

I'm sure it'd be not massively difficult to make, as coffee cups are already in the game and the animations are there for people drinking out of them and there is the hot dog stands around which could become coffee stands. Only think though, the damn person working at it is still gonna convince people they can get their hot dogs there xd
