I would love to see R* toss their stilt house interiors into one of those "beachfront" houses. I would buy one in an instant.

It may, but the average GTA player is too lazy to drive from PB to LS. So most of the undesirables would still remain in the city.

 

I would love a stilt house up here.

I used to think no 10-car garages because people would come up and ruin the feel, but now I agree with you, AudiGuy. They'll stay in the city, sure, the first few weeks it'll get crowded but people will immediatly move back down south where all the "action" I want to be choosey about it.

I don't want to get banned from the forums so I won't say... but

 

I would seriously do some questionable things if we ever got beachfront properties up in PB. I've been waiting for them since the game came out. I imagine you guys feel the same.

 

Also.. if the dodo seaplane spawned along the beach when you call Pegasus...

Love having my place in Paleto, I just wish there was a house with a 10 car garage there. Or even just a 10 car garage to go along with my house there would be nice.

All you have to do is replace a full 10 car garage with your new PB location, all 10 spots are useable by calling your mechanic. Problem solved... I have a place in the bay and still have all 50 car slots used.

Hey, that's a hella good idea man. I might just do that on my second character....all I'd say is what would the point be? The biggest boon of Paleto Bay is the access to a helicopter via the police station, but Yachts already have helis, unless some idiot bought an Orion...:/

As the local billionaire I sold my humble abode and moved my massive yacht up into the Bay so I can keep my vehicle storage topped off.

BTW, when you call for you car to be delivered from your Yacht, where does it spawn? Could someone test this out? Ideally, i would want it to spawn in the Paleto Bay Helipad so i can land my Swift Deluxe and then drive my Turismo.

It spawns on the beach I think, or on the closest road, as any other places. Not all the way up at the helipad at least.

I'd gladly pay 5 million for one of the stilt homes on the coastline. Also love how the hearse spawns at the church. Easily the most fun thing to do when bored here is get in the dozer and rape some civilian cars.

It would be awesome if Benny could mod some offroaders (Patriot, Bison, Sandking, Sadler, Dubsta 6x6, and Injection would all be welcome) to test on the terrain.
