Shotgun safehouse spawn?

I've just completed 10 gang wars and when I did I saw a message saying a shotgun would now spawn at my safehouse. Does anyone know where exactly? Google and YouTube have (unusually) been useless, and I've looked in the obvious places - out front, in the alley to the right where bikes spawn outside a side door, and in the bedroom, but no luck. I have noticed very poor picture quality in this game compared to GTA 4 (maybe it's just a PS3 thing) so maybe that is not helping me see it, but starting to get fed up so any assistance would be much appreciated!

Look where the TV/Computer is. That's where unlocked weapons spawn.

Found it cheers, love the immersion of the club house and all the various rooms and floors, but guess I didn't look hard enough!
