Once you've made 4 deals you get a wanted level of 1 star, when you do simply drive around a bit and your wanted level will disapear. you'll fathom it The Precinct - We're upping our standards, so up yours! Tenacious_Dude Posted December 31, 2002 Share Posted December 31, 2002 nope you're all wrong. the best place to do it is driving along the road near your hotel. theres no gang members and the cops are never there but when they are they're not in they're cars so you can out-drive them and they'll go away. and then u can always hide in the parking lot near colenol cortez's ship. easiness. i did the "ice cream" mission in 10 minutes. even waiting for the cops to go away.
