94. Those badass pistol executions. Not just shooting a character like a random pedestrian you can shoot every time you want, that's basically what Rockstar did with GTA V. It's quite boring, I prefer those little cutscenes in GTA IV because you really feel you put an end to the characters.

 

95. A lot of emails to answer on the Internet Café. Niko's mother, Roman, Brucie, Johnny's brother, Luis' brothers...

Holy sh*t, how can i forget this from my previous post?

The whole diamond, heroin and cocaine crossover stories. Especially the diamonds. A guy on YouTube put together all missions from IV, TLAD and TBoGT that involved the diamonds, and it's over an hour and half long.

 

 

 

I also LOVE how Rockstar showed the chef hold the diamond to the screen in the first cutscene of IV and then Kapowitz holds it the same way in the last cutscene of TBoGT. The whole diamond story was just epic.

Well 6, 7 and 8 aren't subjective.. GTA IV doesn't have health regeneration, only 1 protagonist and no special abilities. That's not an opinion.

We apreciated V too, but just prefer IV over it. Here is the reasons why we think like this, and im failing to see it as being fanboyism.

It is called preferences friend, and we all respect you prefering V, or any other game over IV.. Why cant you do the same? Just respect everyone's thoughts shared here too, and lets make this forums better.

I really don't understand the hate on multiple protagonists. I mean asside from a few different things to have access to it doesn't change the gameplay. And the only reason it f*cked up the story is because it condensed three seperate stories into a lesser number of missions, some of which were just "steal this car," "buy these masks" "do up the getaway car that's not even a getaway car".

 

I think in future if we have the same number of missions and same quality of story as IV, but with three characters, Rockstar can really deliver a stellar and twisted plot.

NV112: I remember before GTA V's release being somewhat sceptical about the switching mechanism. For me it's an interesting concept, but not as good as it could be. I think when we hang out with all three protagonists we should be able to switch to whoever we want, but that's not the case.

Sorry but that feature is sh*t. It becomes too easy to win then, especially if the race is started with Supercars. Would have been better if people respawned with their cars, would have been more fun.
