GTA VC Bug, an island disappears!

Hi guys, I'm new here, I speak spanish so forgive my bad english.. I was playing GTA VC yesterday doing a mission and the game was running normally. Then I close the game in the middle of the mission and turn off my computer. Then today when I open the game to play, open the saved game and when I go with tommy to the street I see that there's no street. A half of the starfish island have dissapeared, and when I walk into this (there is nothing, as far I can see the other islands and water) I fall and it's like I respawn where I was before. But still falling. I hope you can understand what is happening to me, you know, it's hard for me to explain because of my bad english. I better upload an image so you can see this.

I try to fix it opening the game 3 times, going to other islands thinking that it was a 'world loading bug' or something else but there's no solution. So I hope you can help me guys. Also I read the "Bug list and solutions" topic but I dont find this problem.

Have you tried loading another save file (or starting a new game)?

 

Other things to try (if you haven't already):

 

Run the game in Compatibility Mode

Delete the .set file for the game in the User Files Area

Reinstalling the game
