faustianbargain Posted December 30, 2002 Share Posted December 30, 2002 The same reason they have a massive empty beach: To increase Rockstar's main selling points: It requires very little space in the game memory because it's "dead space" and it allows them to say the game is 3 times bigger than GTA3 making us all run out to get this "huge" game. Neriak Posted December 30, 2002 Share Posted December 30, 2002 Truth is, There Was alot more to VC, they had build the wireframe model for a second harbour, that had alot of cool Explosive Tankers, but one of the citizens, used her full brain power R* gave them and lit a cigarette. So, In truth, we would have had alot of cool stuff.. Just goes to show, Women and smoking, dont mix, course neither do women and cell phones, lol.... ....For the True Idiot, this Post is a Farce...
