Now to answer your question. All you need to do is play the missions. When you do the "sir yes sir" mission for diaz then that opens up the second island.PS. use the search tool lol thats where the search button was oh crap. a couple of the faces loaded so ill guess it is btw the island opens after diaz's Phnom Penh '86 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
