Let's keep this thread alive by posting pics of your vehicles! If you take your super cars to Mount Chilliad post those too. Let's see your Independence monster trucks!

It's great for hill climbing

 

Hey everyone so we've seen this kind of thread come and go before but I want a little bit of a different spin on this one.

 

I want this to be a place where you either post your offroad vehicle pictures, trail pictures with locations or offroad races you have created. Anyone who posts their races I will add them to the top post. Also if you try someones race and like it give us some feedback.

 

Below is my offroad race that you can add to your game and try out if you like. I spent quite a bit of time perfecting it and I am pretty proud of the end result. It's designed to be a non contact run because there are some challenging areas which would be a nightmare if everyone was bumping into each other.

It starts in Vinewood Hills and heads through the marsh by the military base and finishes in Raton Canyon. Lots of hills to climb, cliffs to jump off and rivers to drown your truck in. Trucks only, please don't pick a car or bike you won't have much fun constantly drowning your vehicle.

4x4 Proving Grounds - A seriously hard crawler that will test your skills and patience. Took me 24 minutes to get to the finish line then spent another 5 mins trying to actually get up to actually finish the race. Very fun but seriously f*ck that finish line! I gave up :sui:

Creek Crawling - A fun creek and river crawler with some technical areas and some high speed river stretches as well. Took me about 8 minutes to complete

I have seen 3 guys use the 6x6 in the offroad race I created and they came in last every time. Fun truck to rip around in but don't use it in a race unless you really understand how much of a tank it really is.

Only off-road race i ever made is called Serpent's Coast Mountain.

It's pretty challenging going down the mountain & driving on the coast.

I agree. It's hilarious when a 6x6 does a offroad race or tries to run from my buzzard in freeroam.

Here are a few off-road races I've made recently. PS3.

 

Detour Thru the Reservoir

A dirt road "off-road" race.

 

Dope Blazer

A Mario-kart style GTA race locked to Blazers starting from the grow-op.

 

Beach Blazer

A short race also locked to Blazers (and bicycles) originally designed as an off-road bicycle race.

Description:for skilled sultan racers. this race takes you on some of the hardest dirt roads in the game just make sure you dont go to fast in the corners

San Andreas Dakar - Locked to the BF Injection. Starts on Route 68, winds around Zancudo, through the canyon, into the desert and ends at the airfield

Jet Set Shakedown - Set in the Vinewood Hills, I've recently locked it down to the Sandking SWB, as a Sandking is basically needed to clear the guardrails and other low-lying obstacles, and the SWB is easier to maneuver in these areas than the XL. This is the most difficult of the ones I've posted here but it's far from impossible.

Awesome. We had another nice convoy going last night.

 

The courses in my signature are slow crawl style with specific, tough routes laid out (for XBOX).

Intended to make a race for the hipster weekend, only to find out that you can't lock it as 6x6 only, so make it a sandking only instead.
