My Marvel Themed Garage (Boredom)

This is just a little project i did out of boredom. I decided to paint my cars certain colors based on a few marvel characters. I used my collection of old marvel cards to help me with the correct color schemes for each character. Nothing too shabby. Might Do Some DC comics. I don't know yet.

Funnily enough, I went all DC with some of mine - specifically Batman:

My 'Batmobile' (aka the 'Mattemobile' :colgate: )

The 'Redbird' (Robin's motorbike):

When I got my Merryweather Mesa, I was reminded of the great classic stories featuring the Wrath (a kind of 'anti-Batman' - parents were criminals killed by a cop, so he grew up to be a dedicated cop-killer in retaliation):

Wrath(OppositeBatman)_01.jpg

He's been shown driving a military-grade jeep (with a honkin'-big chain gun on the back - shame I couldn't do the same!), and he wears purple, so guess what got a 'Midnight Purple' paint job?

But hey - this is all coming from someone who even went and loosely based their character's signature outfit (and modus operandi - I'm an avid sniper) on Deadshot...

Thats ironic because before i sold my zentorno i painted mine the exact same color but different wheels. I called mines the batmobile too. You should use the dinka thrust as the redbird because it looks more like robins bike but good idea in the least. If you put the deadshot hockey mask on instead of the moto helmet youll be accurate. Just a suggestion

I'm genuinely tempted, now that the various DLCs have come out (most of these are very early purchases), to do some 'garage 2 equivalents' - i.e. the Zentorno, Thrust and Dubsta 6x6 as the 'v.2.0' versions of the above.

That said, if I had a choice, I prefer the Vacca, Bati and Mesa, so I'd rather go for an 'inspired-by' look than a faithful recreation. ;)

As for Deadshot, I was actually taking a bit of a cue from the 'Arkham Origins' version - hence the red jacket and dark grey cargo pants (not visible in that photo):

The day R* add balaclavas to the game (like in single-player), I will be a very happy man indeed - particularly if they add a white/grey one... ;)

That said, my other inspiration for my characters is the whole 'import tuner' scene (with a lot of my cars being homages to the 'Fast & the Furious' movies), so I actually like how my character's outfit has ended up like some kind of fusion of Deadshot and the Stig - quite fitting, really!

Punisher should totally have a muscle car, just saying haha

You're right

0_0.jpg

It would have to be a blacked out buccaneer if its was muscle

If we're talking about doing the gto from the 2004 film then yeah the Buccaneer would work but as far as colors you have to have some white in there and I still think the sabre is a better choice imo. The engine sound alone makes it a better choice.
