Farthest driven without crashing?

Recommended Posts

I just noticed this stat on the Social Club pages under stats/vehicles.

I don't know exactly what the parameters are, whether brushing a guardrail counts as a "crash," but i was kind of surprised at my number, because I run into sh!t all the time.

14.27 miles (I must have gotten a Gresley to Simeon from Paleto Bay or something)

My second character:

0 miles

Whadda you got?

I know I have the record for this for the dumbest reason ever: 139.03 miles.

Holy Moly! How did you get that? Did you try to drive around the island 16 times without crashing?

99 laps on the airport runway race the first week I played when I thought the reward would be proportional to the time/length of the race. True facepalm moment when that ended.

6.45 miles, idk how. I guess the game thought that i somehow managed to drive from one end of the map to the other without crashing once...

But...Apparently my farthest vehicle jump was 5,919.54 ft and my highest vehicle jump was 995.82 ft...and my 25,000mph speed in a tank! :D

Isn't there an achievement for an amount of time or distance without crashing?

The no claim bonus or something. I think you need to drive for half an hour.

People could easily beat a record by doing a solo race without traffic and justvdrive around the map

I remember people used to just drive laps around the horse track to "boost"this stat. Why anyone could be f*cked wasting time doing this is beyond me.

In theory, a Long Haul type lap race that takes around 11 minutes to complete at an average speed of say 120 mph, would give you 22 miles, multiplied by 99 laps gives you 2178 miles, it would just take you 18 hours and 9 minutes to drive it.
