Words written in blood in GTA5

My friends and I where playing gta5 online in different servers when one of my friends tells us that he found something on a Rock along the shore,across from the light house at night time around Mount Gordo "I will Return" in blood! Mind you its on a rock "ALONG THE SHORE" supposedly across from the light house! Some of my other friend where looking around at night along the shore and found nothing at all! We have been searching none stop and came up cold! I know for a fact that on Mount Gordo there is a ghost and she has in blood JOCK,but he said it was not the same rock or in the same spot! So My friends and I are really confused cause we have looked around and found nothing at all!! So has anyone else found anything like that at all and if so where is it at?! I've looked on youtube,on gtaforums,on gtawiki, and ran into dead ends! I really hope someone can help debunk this or whatever cause this is really annoying now!!
