One time I parachuted out of a titan that was on fire. Just as I was nearing the ground my phone rang. It was Simeon. I answered the phone instead of pulling the ripcord. I tried to hang up but it was too late.

If either Michael or Franklin enter his shop in the time between "Complications" and "Mr. Philips" they will be treated as hostiles and several armed men will try to execute them, prompting them to kill them in order to survive. Simeon can be killed during this event. After setting his guards on either Franklin or Michael, he will either run out of the shop or cower and hide in his office, where he can be confronted and killed, though he still posts Bleeter and Lifeinvader messages until the end of the main storyline. Either way this random encounter will be his final physical appearance in the game.

That's not exactly killing him if he still exists to post messages...just because you can at that moment. You initially said it as if you're forced to kill him in the story (I already knew that wasn't the case). Just wanted to clarify it for those who hadn't played through the single player....people tend to get confused easily.Storywise he is dead if you choose it. Most people that die in the story somehow still live in the internet. Rockstar overlooked the detail. Also you get to kill him and you have to kill him don't mean the same thing.

AFAIK, r* said that if you do an activity the contact is talking about, he won't remind you about this activity again. i did some parachuting and dom never called me since. neither did ron after i've collected some crates.

This game needs more missions from more contacts and fewer races. Since this takes place before GTA5 and being dead in the future timeline is not an issue, where is Molly Schultz's fine self asking me to go and steal rare cars for her jackanape of a billionaire boss?
