Xbox360 Stocks and Scares Host?

I'm trying to get to level 100, but I can't launch the mission stocks and scares to do the rp glitch. I am level 70 so I should have it, but I know that you can't launch it unless you have already completed it. If there's anybody who is around and on 360 who would host for me, that would be awesome.
