Missions being buggy

Is anyone else having trouble with missions. Like having people still alive but it comes up with the "MISSION FAILED : Out of lives" and completing the objective but instantly failing and saying we did not do the objective.

 

One example is we was doing one mission and the current objective was "go to Ranton Canyon", so we all start driving over there and the notification in the bottom corner says "x has arrived at Ranton Canyon" then the mission stops and comes up the "Mission failed ; Did not arrive at Ranton Canyon". It's stupid and I've never had that issue before. It sucks when trying to do missions I've never done before.

Hmm seems strange – after every update people are reporting such situations...

i encounter this a few updates ago mainly with the mission LS Connection... out of lives, hack the laptop (laptop never spawned), drugs are destroyed (no one was even close to the airport), etc.

 

Thought they fixed this problem long ago... = /
