Oh my God this is annoying!

 

Does having a higher level character make him more impervious to bullets? I ask because there has been a few times when online I am attacked by players that are significantly higher in level than me ( I am 21 they usually 90 or abouts ) and their shots will kill me in one hit but there have been times when they have stood there as I shot them several times and did not die. Then off course they shot me and killed me. I admit I am terrible at the game and need to get better, but I figured point blank with a shotgun would do it, but nope. So do I just suck ass, or is there more to it?

Level 100 is max health but sometimes they are just hackers that have some kind of invincible cheat. My advice is that if you run into someone like this that is dead set on attacking you over and over just leave the lobby, don't reward them for being hacking scrubs.

The 90 lvl players

-Have full armor

-80% more health than you

-Better stats

 

They're not unbeatable...but you will have to put more effort to take em down in a straight firefight.

Every 10 levels your health goes up 10%. By level 100 its maxed out. Also, with it now being available to store body armor and higher the level stronger the armor, that is also a big factor.

His/Her Max Health is higher than yours. If you have a good shooting stat and an automatic gun, aim for the head and they should be done with.

They have higher health than you but I'm not so sure it maxes out at level 100.

The reasons are all there. Mainly health level ups, armor, and higher levels shoot for the head. My advice is to level up as quick as you can to level 37 and get the auto shotty. It's crazy powerful at close range, one shot kills to the body and even at medium range where you can still lock on, you can get off 2-3 shots in around one second and take anyone down. Best close combat weapon, useless if players are shooting you from long range though

All of the above, or you could just have a slower connection.

 

There are times when I can see enemies miliseconds before they can see me, and others when they can see me miliseconds before I can see them. It may not sound like a lot, but that fraction of a second is enough to either kill, or get killed.
