I just started watching the Wire two weeks ago and I'm already on the last season, it's truly a great series. Also, if anyone has Amazon Prime, The Wire was recently added to it. I thought we had a Wire thread. apparently not, but still it really feels like it. maybe that's just because The Wire has been brought up in so many other threads whenever someone mentions a good show. Just started it and I am already calling it one of my favorite TV Series. The only problem with it is that since it is from 2004-2009 it is non-HD and letterboxed.
