What apartment should I get?

Thinking about Del Perro, Eclipse Towers, or Weazel Plaza. I have like 1 mil let me know.

Richards Majestic, 51.

 

Close to everything, has a nice view of the beach and the gold course and not many people head around there.

If you want a high life apartment then Richards Majestic, 2 is the best option.

 

I don't nor have I ever worked for Richards Majestic Management, promise.

Always buy the cheapest version of the apartment.

 

Cheapest versions have a view of the garage. It may not have a scenic view, but you know if someone's camping out the front door.

Then for the second don't do what I did - waste your money on another one - just buy another 10 car garage. I haven't found any need for two apartments.

I have the Richards Majestic, 51. It has a nice view not expensive. Friendly people. Stores are around the corner.

Del Perro surprisingly isn't filled up with much people. Way better than Ellipse tower which is my first apartment. Too many people are around that place.

I had Richards Majestic 51 as my first apartment. I liked it. When I messed up and bought a second apartment, but accidentally replaced my first instead of putting it in the second slot, I went and bought Alta instead. The inside is obviously the same, but I actually liked the view better. You can still see the ocean and the Farris Wheel, in fact probably better than from RM51. The catch though is that it's a tad farther away than everything was from Richards Majestic. It aint that big of a deal to me, but it's slightly less convenient. Then again I'm pretty sure Alta costed way less too.

 

You may just want to save up and buy a High Class apartment.

Go with weazel. I have apartments at both the other two and I hate when new people move into my building. If you show up at my door with a fruit cake you're getting a shotty blast to the face

Buy the 10 car garage on Shambles St. and always spawn there. Then buy the new $500k Eclipse apt for great view of the mountains.

 

If you want a car from Eclipse your mechanic will deliver, if you want to chill just change spawn location and switch sessions.

 

But never, ever drive out of your Eclipse garage

you don't need a lower apartment to see the garage, not since when they changed angle we can tilt the camera inside.

 

Weazel resident here, i've never been forced to a gunfight i didn't want to be in unlike at Eclipse.

there's more than one way to go in and out of Weazel Plaza.

Del Perro & Weazel are both good choices, I think Del Perro garage entrance is one of the quickest. Launch off the street over the wall right into the door and your in.

Maybe I'm playing at the wrong times, but every session I join, there's at least one person in Del Perro. I used to live there as well, but decided to move because it became too mainstream. Seriously. It got to the point where it started becoming dangerous to leave the apartment, as there were so many people in the area.
