I was very angry and laughing at the same time. You know... those moments.

 

Seems that they finally fixed it. I'm able to come online normally but I still have the dunce cap on and my money is still missing. I will write another ticket concerning the money.

And yes, the cash was all legit. All earned from jobs/deathmatches/survivals/car sales.

 

I sent them a ticket, and they responded with an automated response, the same one used during the maintenance period concerning hacked money distributed to everyone! Rockstar support sucks...

 

Yeah I got the same automated reply. What happens is they have filters in place which detect certain keywords in the body of your message. This then matches it to a canned response which is automatically sent to the player.

 

I bypassed this by bypassing the filtered words such as badsport, bs, cheater, cheating etc... I used B$ for badsport and ch3ater for cheater. I had a support agent then reply to my ticket instead.

 

You must also realize that it's not always R* employees answering these tickets. Majority are answered by a third party support company that has no affiliation with R*. R* just hired them to take care of their support. If you want results, it's best you ask for your query to be sent to a higher tier or delegated to a R* support admin.

Glad to hear it. I didn't mean to laugh but man, I would have been throwing my PS controller all over my lounge and then kicking it out of the door afterwards.

Rockstar really sucks, their support told me that I would get out of the CP yesterday, but I'm STILL there, and I cannot remove the Dunce hat...
