If he can't do it with some level of professionalism then he shouldn't be doing it, but I'm more used to a much better run forum than this. It's vastly larger and we have no moderators that act out like that, and most of our members are respectful (despite ranging from early teens all the way up to whatever).

I see some people get scolded by him for posting a GIF, but others violently berate other users and Raavi, Voodoo etc don't even bother to do anything about it.

But yes, I do agree, smart-ass remarks don't solve anything and instead of letting the poster know where he's in the wrong, he is further annoyed by some stupid comment which solves nothing and furthers him/her from becoming more within the rules and angers them to make more stupid decisions etc etc..
