I managed to snag one that was just sitting out in the Palamino Highlands. Wasn't that much.

Not even a single crate (although I saw quite a few drop in the scant few sessions I managed to get in).

Basically, due to a ridiculously taxing work schedule (such are the eccentricities of my profession), my gaming consisted of the following:

1. Log in.

 

2. Equip event weekend 'T-Shirt du jour'.

 

3. Swap characters.

 

4. Equip same shirt on character two.

5. Log out.


Fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuun. Oh, well - at least I managed to snag the (admittedly rather cool) limited edition stuff. Looking forward to actually playing the damn game again very soon...

Had a lengthy chain of messages with R* support about the same issue.

 

Basically it turns out they don't know what the f*ck is going on, and they couldn't give a sh*t about it, anyway.

my second character is glitched and doesn't get crate drops for some reason. my first character is already past level 200 so its not worth it to chase down a green circle that wont drop anything.

 

DONT WALK INTO GREEN CIRCLES! IT SCREWS UP THE DROP!

1 just one and it was in IO when i first got on. It was a special drop as well so it was loaded. The thing is that is the first one i've had drop since Nov.

Didn't know there were special crates this weekend. The crates I pick up anymore maybe give 2k and like 500 rp. If I'm in the area and no one is racing for it I will go after it. Otherwise not even worth the effort.

SPECIAL crate (yellow circle) situations are really cool in my opinion. I have like a procedure I go through as soon as it says it's gonna drop in 10 hours. I'll drop anything I'm doing lol. People usually race for those and it usually gets pretty intense.

For the special crate when it gets pretty close to dropping if I feelup to it I will make sure I'm in the air. yep. Middle of the state so I can get to to it quickly no matter where it drops. Ready to go off radar too.
