In case it wasn't obvious, it wasn't meant to be taken seriously. Even if that wasn't the case, what are you afraid of? A little competition? At the end of the day most of your members joined just to play with other regular members from the GTA Online Section, not to be a part of some disorganized wannabe biker crew.

Stock Elegy. Modding it would be too expensive and he would have to sell common street cars every 48 minutes. Then you'll hear him crying to his mom about him not allowed to use her credit card.

There'll be no casino until Rockstar's sh*tty online server interface is fixed and people can't take advantage of lag to glitch exploits. Because it appears the entire infrastructure of the network is flawed, it will never happen in its current incarnation.

 

You'll probably get a SP Casino. You'll never see anything useful in MP. Too ripe to exploit.

Makes me wish the casino will open and have a dining area..with an added option for food fights. Minor health loss depending on what hits players as well.

So, rather than prattle on about what may or may not be true, i will be productive and prattle on about what I'd like to see in a gambling related DLC. Not everything i want is gambling related, though:

 

- Casinos need low stakes areas and high stakes areas.

 

- I'd like to see slot machines and at least four table games (poker, blackjack, roulette, and baccarat)

 

- There needs to be dog races in the dog track.

 

- There should be at least one mission (*cough* or a heist *cough*) where you can rob the casino.

 

- Add more medals for winning over a certain amount in each game at the casino.

 

- Award an unlockable retro t-shirt for achieving a Platinum medal in each of the gambling games. (Caligula's Palace, Four Dragons, The Visage, The Starfish, The Clown's Pocket).

 

- Put Michael's Colt Commando assault rifle from the concept art into the game.

 

- Add The Hunter attack chopper into the game.

 

= Add decals to car mods.

 

- Add gambling related missions (ie. collect a gambling debt owed to Devon Westin, help Madrazzo launder money via the casino, have casino owner hire you to knock over underground clubs run by the Lost, shut down a rival Triad gambling operation, etc.)

On topic, Rockstar will certainly make use of the casino. It makes sense for a game lacking interiors for us to use and a wide array of minigames that deserve a place in GTAO.

Lack of Casino for GTA V SP is a disgrace, for MP is to be expected as it will be exploited in no time and with the existence of Shark Cards people would effectively be able to gamble real money through the game.

 

All this speculation just makes me remember how much better the overall GTA SA experience was with betting, Casinos and everything (maybe this was in IV I never played it). In fact, if GTA Online was GTA SA with comparable graphics it would already be several times better...
