With help from sanny builder and this guide: http://www.gta-modding.com/san_andreas/tutorials/place_permanent_vehicle.html, i've placed a car in the game. Even after that i both deleted the .cs files and deleted cleo the car still spawn. Does anybody know how to fix this? Cause i don't.... Ops.
