I dont really care one way or the other but it is odd that it is not consistently allowed or not allowed.

I think maybe Rockstar puts a lot of stuff in single player that people could find objectionable, but can claim that it's satire; i.e. they're not encouraging you to go to a strip club and grope a dancer in hopes of getting her to sleep with you, that's just what the characters, which are shown as flawed individuals, would do.

 

I think they're more squeamish about what they allow in online because you're playing as "you," or an avatar that you can make reflect you as much as possible

 

it's also pretty weird that they won't let you use profanity in any form. My crew was renamed for being called TEAM P1SS. Meanwhile, every other npc calls me a "f*cking cocksucker" and the word "piss" is even written in one of the descriptions for the race City Commute. No idea what the guidelines are.

Aint nothing to do with cencorship or age ratings or anything to do with legality.

 

 

It's simply that in storymode the strippers tops magically disappear while they are offscreen, but as there is no moment where this is possible online (as other players can be inside the backrooms just by walking in) R* just left them as they are and didn't bother with a work-around.

 

 

If there was any other reason for it, there wouldn't be topless chicks walking around at the playboy mansion.

It's weird because:

1. Nudity in SP.

2. Nudity in GTA:O (old men dicks and playboy bunnies boobs.)

 

Yet, the one place where it would make sense, there is no nudity at all.
