OT: Romero Hearse definitely the rarest legitimately obtainable car

 

It's discussable... cause the Hearse only spawns online if another one is driven to one of the several spots they would appear.

That means someone had to glitch it into online at the first place. So how "legit" is it at all?

What you said about Hearse is not true. Hearse actually does spawn legitimately but it's ABSOLUTELY f*ckING RARE. I know because I got mine that way. I used to camp few of the spawn locations for 3-4 weeks daily. Not 24/7 but everytime I was online I drove through them several times per session, it took me a month but one night it spawned for me (and there were no other players even nearby to the place where it spawned).

 

You can imagine my heart stopped for a second, I took it, went off the radar and drove to my garage, the next hardest thing was to leave the garage to get an insurance for it (could have went to solo session but it didn't cross my mind).

Anyways, all went good and I've had it ever since.. And at the moment I also think it is one of the rarest legitimately spawning vehicles in GTAO. My hunt for Rat-Loader (back when it was rare) took maybe a week or 2 max, Voodoo I found in a day, Phoenixes I see all the time. Nemesis is indeed rare. Can't think of many others at the moment that are under debate.

People just assume they only spawn in the presence of another Hearse, that doesn't mean they could not spawn naturally..

Whatever the case, I think it's useless to debate the matter since there's no real valid information about it anywhere, just assumptions. All I know is that there was no one even near to where I was, and it spawned anyway, and I'd like to point out it took me 4 weeks to finally get it to spawn so I'm just assuming it does spawn naturally but extremely rarely.. People can believe what they want but that's what I believe in since that's how it went for me

I would say the Pony van is the rarest, go try find one if you want to question it, took me about a month to find one. Another one is the mariachi tornado but is kinda easy to obtain if you switch lobbies enough.

The rarest car, by definition, is the one fewest players own.

 

As such, my vote is for FM FQ2.

Rare as in hard to find.

Burrito. Not sure what R* did in 1.14, but they only seem to spawn if another player has one out. Speedo is the same, but that's the most SP2MP'd storable utility van so I don't consider it as rare. 2nd would probably be the Nemesis I've seen maybe four or five actually spawn normally online.

There is a spawnpoint on the beach just south of Fort Zancudo near the bridge. It belongs to a few campers sitting there. This might only work at specific times but I have found two Sadlers with bed covers there

Found a romero hearse while trolling for gang cars in solo session at mortuary by hospital. Lucky me... Hardtop mananas spawning by LSC airport... Burritos spawn all the time by where you get the gang blue and grey tornadoes and red peyotes, by southeast port... Usually driving a fully upgraded red gang peyote. All times good, except between 4am and 10am.

I'm 22 and i enjoy collecting the rare things in life. Most of it is in games like Diablo, GTA V, and any other game that has limited release items or rare spawning items.
