It's funny how you guys bash little kids for being immature or adding "bad" colors to their cars., but at the same time complain like little girls.

it's never counter productive, but some cars don't have a spoiler option so they are now disadvantaged (Exemplar, Gauntlet). It's a bummer to me that full max is always best for every stat. It would be cool if there were some tradeoffs involved.

so it doesn't make muscle cars/drifter cars handle weird? since their driving feel is to let the rear slip out a bit.

Good post jimrod. All I wanted to add is that I agree that if they did the spoiler gives downforce that it also chopped off some top speed.

 

The only other real complaint I have is that there was no hint that a change had happened. It's a little callous to have people who have raced since the beginning to suddenly have a change that effects them and no word about it.

 

I would like some confirmation on this from R* to say the least.

When I put a spoiler on my Voltic it didn't help me win races.

Of course now I have a normal-looking Lotus/Tesla, but still.

 

I still want the body coloured roof back! Problem with the Voltic is that even though it's a great car with great stock acceleration the fact you can't add a turbo means its advantage is soon lost in the Super class when others are fully modded. Great fun car though, just not competitive.

I disagree. The acceleration bursts through corners have allowed me to smoke other cars. On straights it is slightly below the other cars in terms of performance.

Don't why all the spoiler hate. Most of my cars already had the smaller of the spoiler options. My cars irl have always had small spoilers, that's normal for me. Even though I'm old I still remember being 8 and fascinated with Chromed BMX frames. Your taste changes with age, don't hate on someone just because you care at a different stage of your life.

 

Some people get so obsessed with smooth lines they get an adverse reaction to door handles.. By then its almost a mental condition.

I've been putting spoilers on all my cars and waiting since GTA V came out for this...guess it was worth it! This explains why most of my cars handle so much better now lol

If you want to make a street ride fine but the Feltzer is a bad example to use for that as it based on an CLK AMG model, so the body kit is stock and cant be removed.

 

If you want to replicate the DTM version the GT spoiler is a must. Too bad GTA didn't give us the Cabriolet version

Yup, I've gone for the "normal" looking one, first time I've got a sub 55 second lap on Cutting Coroners (well, except on a motorbike), but now I'm tempted to sell a few cars and try an Entity to see how it will do... Managed to resist it so far...

Tbh I'm just gutted the female character thread got locked.. Can someone please explain to me why you guys feel you NEED to use spoilers. If you hate them dont use them. The difference is so miniscule this is a joke. Also on a slight off topic rant YOU DONT NEED TURBO on every bleeping car. You can easily do without. Talking to rockstar not you the fourm people.
