We at Jihawg Ammo hope you will stock up on Jihawg as a natural deterrent to the ever growing threat of radical Islam and Sharia Law. D- Ice Posted June 23, 2014 Share Posted June 23, 2014 (edited) Regardless of the ignorane expressed by the company regarding the magnitude of the Jihadist threat, and the obvious Islamophobia, it is a rather smart gimmick that's sure to profiteer from the American far-right. Also, I am not sure how pork meat-infused coating on bullets would deter a potential Jihadist. Eating Pork is forbidden in Islam, but I'm going to put my money on pork-covered bullets not being covered in a 1400 year-old book. And Jihadists don't exactly care much for Islamic burial customs and associated notions of cleanliness. Cremation of dead bodies, leaving them out to rot and, burying different body parts in different places are all also forbidden in Islam - though that never stops Jihadist suicide bombers. IMO there are two major issue with this. Firstly there's the promotion of Islamophobia, alienation of America's Muslim population, and errosion of social cohesion. Secondly, there's the fear-mongering regarding the Jihadist threat to the US. However, I am not entirely sure of the extent of either one, nor the extent of the problems each will cause.
