Go to a clothing store, go to Tops. At the bottom of he list it should say special. The event t's you've unlocked will be listed there.

In your closet, look for an option in the clothes menu that says "Special".

Seriously though...if you go to any store the items you have not seen yet will be marked with a star next to them. If you still don't see the new clothes/weapons/tats, then you should try deleting the hipster update from your memory and download it again. You won't lose anything that you have already purchased.
