Honestly I suspect a fully modded FQ2 might just be the rarest car in the game.

I used to have one and im going to get another. Im a weirdo who actually likes its looks and you get a bonus 100 hipster points.

I've never seen one which is funny because I'm sick of sight of them generally. If Ballers were as common as FQ2s we'd all still be billionaires.

You need a bike and a compact.

 

Bike: I'd suggest an Akuma or Bati if you want to race or a Ruffian if you just want to free roam.

 

Compact: Blista or Rhapsody for racing, Panto for free roaming.
