I'm not saying it definitely isn't faked mind. The only thing I can think (if it's genuine) is that somebody has hacked Rockstars servers on their side, like they did with the ornate bank heist tutorial thing. Not ruling it out at this point.

 

I'm actually inclined to believe that's real. The way the text is worded is very, very similar to the way those descriptions usually are. If it's fake it's pretty clever and must have taken a stupid amount of effort.
