Taco Trucks in Online?

I saw this taco truck driving about in a session, so I took a snap shot. Have theses been modded in or Is it part of a update by Rockstar?

This is the second person who has posted the same thing in recent days. Has it seriously just been added to online & we dont realise, or assumed it was already online?

 

Or is it literally always been online & just so happens both dudes have never seen it? I dont think I have seen it online, but I know I have in single player.

It's a particularly rare spawn, but no, it's not new.

Certainly new to me. My brother who just started playing with me was pretty damn confused when he heard me squeal, "dude taco truck!". I have been playing since December so it was a treat to see it for the first time on my end.

Its not new. Way back in November me and a few friends were cruising around and saw it. We stole it and tried to store it, inevitably failing.
