I have over 250 racing videos on my Youtube GTA Online channel. Please do not subscribe, do not like them and definately do not post in them because I will never answer you. :).

Youtubers are not all alike.

Personally I take youtube videos with a grain of salt and look into other sites where I read about updates and whats going on with rock*.

The one thing I've learned about Youtubers is that they're pretty much ALL cancerous fa**ots.

They all start their vids the same way like "Heyy guise what's up it's randomfa**ot420blazeit here with another stupid ass video that's pretty much the same as my last one!", they just seem obnoxious to me at all times, they say pointless sh*t and constantly self-promote which just annoys me to no end, and most of their info isn't even credible.

Also, the ones who label their vids with all kinds of gameplay or a trailer of sorts only to have 5 seconds of actual substance and the rest is ruined by them NEVER SHUTTING THE f*ck UP! Like sh*t dude, new trailer? Cool! How about letting me actually watch it instead of yammering for 10 minutes and patting yourself on the back for making a vid about it?

This isn't just for GTA, it's for all gaming.

Who gives a sh*t? They're taking the time to make videos and people watch them. Don't like it? Don't watch them and forget about it.

Asking for likes is necessary due to the way YouTube works. The more liked a video, the more chance it'll turn up in search results.

I don't ask for likes on my channel, and some of my videos are really cool (GoPro footage of trailer races, figure 8 races, bus races etc)... Yet I'm lucky if a video gets 100 views. I don't advertise, I don't get the views. I'd love to make money off of my channel but until I start evangelizing, it won't happen.

I give a sh*t. It's a f*ckin' joke. That sh*t shouldn't yield profit.

The only reason they make the vids is because they want money and they don't wanna work. So they make retarded ass gaming vids that all the 12 year olds and their friends gravitate to and fanboy over.

It's annoying as all hell and the practice needs to stop.

Every YouTube gaming channel is created with the intention of making money... you buy a PVR as an investment.

YouTube is over saturated so they are desperate to get subscribers and views.

The popular ones are pretty stupid, like Dom Is Live.

That hypocrite deserves to be banned.

I remember one of the first videos of his I watched was him saying how he shouldn't be banned for hacking because he's a nice guy......

I made a parody video of those GTA news guys: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sOVDv9_238g

I feel the same way about bullsh*t youtubers. I spend a great deal of time on Youtube and there is so much quality stuff out there.

Unfortunatly the good sh*t is burryed by keyword/click here/only in it for the hits style videos. This is why you gotta Sub to good channels, come back to good tubers and good content. Complaining about sh*tty things does nothing, supporting good things rises the good out from the sh*t.

I really like anything by Noah Antwiller, FrankieonPC, or anything VICE.

Hey is now a good time to mention that I also make youtube videos? My focus is on Comedy, Stupid comedy. It's a 100% chance someones going to hate me for posting, but if you click I hope I get a laugh. Cheers - Matt

It's because of them you also see pointless articles on a website that's not even about gaming.

After watching a lot of GTA youtubers and other gaming channels, I wanted to make YouTube videos with my crew mates, some on GTA and some on other games. basically have a laugh with it.

I really liked videos by people like MrBossFTW, because he wasn't anywhere near as annoying as JoblessGamers and others like him.

When I started on these forums however, I started to look at YouTube gamers differently. I completely agreed with the bulk of people here, and I grew to hate misleading titles and thumbnails, I hated the tagging crisis and all the false bollocks posted in videos, and the spreading news of glitches, especially during the DNS nonesense.

I also grew to hate being asked to like and subscribe before you've even watched the goddamn video.

So when I started, I took all that on board. So I don't ask for likes and subscribes (sometimes not at all) but if I do, it's at the end of the video. I only make a 'news / info' video on GTA if I actually have something to talk about, and not just complete bollocks. This forum has already taught me a lot about what not to do and I'm really thankful for that.

Now I've barely started, and my channel is pretty sh*tty, but I'm at least happy that I'm not some youtube spammer posting stuff every day just for 'likes' and money and posting nothing of any worth and making the community suffer as a result.

I'd like to think that not all youtubers within different gaming communities are ruining them, but a lot of them definitely are. So yeah, I agree with the OP. but only to a certain extent. ultimately, people making videos of them enjoying a game or sharing info others may not know is not 'exploiting' rockstar. a lot of them aren't making money at all, they're just doing something they enjoy and hoping to entertain others.

Some are money whores, but not all of them are.

Also, f*ck Domislive.

I could see the problem with gta videos, but not with normal gaming youtubers. They are the same as actors or any source of entertainment. But the gta youtubrrs are just scammers.

No, it is an idiots fault for believing something that could be researched in a matter of seconds via google. Plus People need to realize that anything that does not come from Rockstar should be taken with a grain of salt.

i might get a lot of hate for this but I like Domislive. I don't understand why people here hate his channel so much.

because his titles are misleading 90% of the time and he spams money "glitches" when its actually rooftop rumble he is talking about. Everybody and their mama knows about RR. No need to upload a video on it every week.

Do you even watch my channel ? i haven't done a money glitch since November, these are the rumors that you guys spread.

well excuse me, MONEY GUIDES then my bad. and its just rooftop rumble when 95% of the gta community knows about RR. i understand you gotta get your uploads and views dude. times are hard.

The thing about youtube is it's hit or miss. I did this video years ago, and the only thing I personally did was create the graphic. That is the thing. Here is a website that promotes videos and I get the most views on a video made from an outside source and just a graphic.

Now days though the greatest threat to youtubers isn't them, it is youtube and google themselves playing pattycake with the RIAA. You have to watch it when making youtube videos especially from games like GTA V that use copyrighted music. If flagged, you won't see a dime. The entire proceeds of that video will go to the artists.

There is another thing that grinds my gears coming from youtubers, "What's up guys". It's like NEXT. And it isn't a channel. It is a page on a website. The flip of this is, and it is a big one is that video creators on youtube might be able to make some decent cash doing what they do, and the ones I subscribe to are fun. Lui Calibre is a scream pretending to be a squeaker.

Anyway these dudes might make some extra bread doing something they obviously enjoy ( at least the legit ones ) but there is the entity banking off them. Youtube itself. Google makes billions off of them. And how? Now that is worth investigating even more so than a few gamers misleading a stupid public.

Yes. Another YouTuber thread.

Domislive, I know your reading. You claim to be a Rockstar follower and yet you don't have to simple knowledge that Red Dead Redemption is part of a Series. Red Dead Revolver was the first one. Redemption had more of a success due to the Free-roam. Actually that goes to every YouTuber out there.

Also everytime you guys beg for likes a Fairy dies so think about that yea?

Yes.With my both hands.First of all,the titles in the videos and all the f-ing tags in their descriptions.Everytime I go to check the recommended videos for me,I just see a bunch of glitch videos only although I just watch how people play.

Second thing that makes me mad right now is how major websites and informers like Gamestop,Rooster Teeth,IGN etc. make the idiot DomIsLive even more famous even though he is just being useless,or as he's saying, "am helpin ruckster".According to the sites/informers that I wrote,he found something in the game files and he claims it's related to heists. If I go in MC Word and write something consisting of "<script>*something<script> and claim it was on R*'s servers and it was something about GTA 6,will I get in the news?

I never get why people watch these videos. It's the same thing over and over some 3d modeled car from another game superimposed over GTA while the guy talks about how R* is adding it to the game.

I only watch for entertainment purposes, and I only watch Youtubers such as KYR SP33DY & the Crew and VanossGaming and his friends, I don't watch the ones who only post about glitching methods and/or assorted random stuff.
