Honestly I am okay with our relationship as it is now. You don't find too many bosses like her. If the conversation came up about getting together. But, It ends there. Do I jerk off thinking of her. Sometimes. But, at the end of the day. I can go to work. enjoy her company. come home and not have any kids around. I walked into her office last week and the first words out of her mouth was "f*cking liberals" then we started talking about one of our strange employees who stays up late at his church. She thinks he sacrifices goats. hes late for work every day! Then we started talking about Dave Ramsey. I am a huge Ramsey fan and so is her husband. He sounds like a really good guy. I think what it is, is we have so much in common we just bond really well. Even if the married person is willing it's not right in the slightest because you will be the undoing of their marriage especially if they have kids that makes it even worse dude. My ex-wife cheated on me with her Boss and everything that you described she did and eventually she cheated and her excuse was "She was upset and drunk and she just made a mistake" i don't care how drunk you are, You are never too drunk to knowingly cheat on your spouse. That being said don't do anything you'll regret later, I considered emotional affairs, cheating to an extent because you are having intimate thoughts and if she is acting that way around you she is also probably having those same intimate thoughs and with the flirting. The best thing for you to do is to stop all of this before it does go any further, Right now it's "harmles fun/flirting" but you never know what she might try in the future it'd be best if you didn't have any social contact with her outside of work and at work don't have any personal/social contact just keep everything work related.
